Ojingo is a kind of fish which is air-dried and then heated before being
served. You eat ojingo in combination with hot chili sauce which might be
strange in the beginning. But after a while you might like this side-dish.
You must know that it is usual in Korea to order a side-dish if you drink
draught beer. Because we didn't know the other meals on the menu we once
ordered ojingo in a bar. The servers thought we didn't know what that was and painted
it down on the notepad: A fish with tentacles. We nevertheless ate it ;-) | | |
